How do I place an order? ›
An order request can be placed in each product related category through the website. Responses aim to be provided within 24–48 hours; this may vary during busier periods.
When is my order confirmed? ›
Once availability and order details are confirmed, an order confirmation email is sent which includes a secure payment link. Work on the order begins only once payment has been received.
Collection & Delivery
Do you offer collection? ›
Yes. Collection is available from an agreed location in the 15th arrondissement of Paris. For privacy reasons of residents, collection is not available from a private address.
Where can orders be collected from? ›
Orders are collected from designated collection points in the 15th arrondissement of Paris. The exact location is confirmed at the time of order confirmation.
Available collection areas include:
- Near Convention / Porte de Versailles (métro ligne 12)
- Near Boucicaut (métro ligne 8)
- Near Porte de Versailles (tram T3a)
How is collection time arranged? ›
A collection time slot is arranged upon confirmation of the order, for the date selected in the order request form.
Is collection the default option? ›
Yes. Collection is the preferred option. Delivery is available within Paris and will incur an additional charge which varies by product category. For details see each product category.
What happens if I miss my collection slot? ›
If a collection slot is missed, the order is considered fulfilled and is non-refundable. Where feasible, one reattempt on the same day may be offered based on availability and at the discretion of The Little Parisian Kitchen. Reattempts are not guaranteed.
Do you offer delivery? ›
Delivery is available within Paris and incurs an additional charge per product category. For details see each product category. If you require delivery outside of Paris, please get in touch before placing an order.
How is delivery arranged? ›

Yes. Gift wrapping is available as an upgrade and differs from standard packaging by type of product box and decoration used. Gift wrapping will incur an additional charge which will vary according to product category.

Can I send a gift order directly to someone else? ›
Yes, delivery or collection can be arranged directly for a recipient, provided someone is available to receive the order. If delivery or collection is unsuccessful, the order is considered fulfilled and is non-refundable. Where feasible, the order may be made available for collection on the same day, subject to availability and at the discretion of the Little Parisian Kitchen. This is not guaranteed.
Will prices be visible on gift orders? ›

Ingredients are sourced locally wherever possible. Where a recipe traditionally relies on ingredients sourced from other countries, quality selected alternatives are used or where possible, prepared in-house from scratch.
