1. Purpose and scope

These Terms & Conditions govern all orders placed with The Little Parisian Kitchen via the website or any other agreed ordering method.

By placing an order, the customer acknowledges having read and accepted these Terms & Conditions without reservation.

All products offered are handmade food products prepared to order.

2. Products

All products are handmade and prepared to order. Availability may be seasonal or limited.

Product photographs are provided for illustrative purposes only. Every effort is made to ensure non-customised products are as close as possible to the images shown. As products are handmade, minor variations in appearance may occur and do not affect product quality.

Customisation requests may be accepted on request and are subject to feasibility and confirmation.

2.1 Biscuits

Biscuits are produced in limited quantities and may be seasonal. Some biscuit products may be available all year round.

Biscuits are made only after an order has been placed and confirmed. Customisation may be possible on request and subject to confirmation.

If any changes to standard presentation (for example shape or decoration) are required, this will be explicitly stated in the order summary prior to confirmation.

2.2 Customised biscuits

Specific ordering, payment, preparation and cancellation conditions may apply to customised biscuit orders and will be communicated at the time of ordering.

2.3 Cakes & cupcakes made to order (coming soon)

Specific ordering, payment, preparation and cancellation conditions will apply to these product categories. These conditions will be communicated once the section has opened.

3. Ordering process

Orders are placed via an order form or other agreed method.

An order is considered confirmed once:

• the order details have been agreed, and
• payment has been received and confirmed.

The Little Parisian Kitchen reserves the right to refuse an order where availability, preparation time, capacity or feasibility do not allow it to be fulfilled under appropriate conditions.

4. Prices

Prices are stated in euros (€). Prices may vary depending on quantity ordered.

Standard packaging is included in the price. Optional extras such as gift packaging or handwritten cards are not included unless explicitly stated.

As a micro-enterprise, VAT is not applicable in accordance with Article 293B of the French General Tax Code.

The prices applicable are those confirmed at the time of order confirmation.

5. Payment

Payment is required in full prior to preparation of the order. Orders will not be prepared until payment has been received and confirmed.

Payment is processed via Stripe or another agreed payment method.

6. Collection and delivery

General conditions

Collection and delivery arrangements are agreed at the time of order confirmation.

Collection is by appointment at a mutually agreed public meeting point in the local area, within a defined time slot.

Delivery within Paris may be available for a fixed fee, where applicable.

Late arrival and no-show

If the customer arrives late to a scheduled collection time, rescheduling may be required and may incur an additional fee.

If the customer does not attend the agreed collection time and does not make contact, the order will be considered forfeited.

If contact is made after a missed collection, fulfilment will depend on product viability and may require rescheduling at an additional cost. Where products are no longer suitable for consumption, no refund will be issued.

7. Cancellations and refunds

General rule

All products are made to order. Once preparation may have begun, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded. Food products are non-refundable, except where cancellation is initiated by The Little Parisian Kitchen.

Product-specific conditions

Biscuits

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of order confirmation. After this period, cancellations are not possible and no refund will be issued.

Cakes, cupcakes and compose-your-own boxes (coming soon)

Specific cancellation and refund conditions will apply and will be communicated at the time of ordering.

Business cancellation

If The Little Parisian Kitchen is unable to fulfil an order, a full refund will be issued to the customer.

8. Allergens and food safety

Allergen information is provided on product pages. Customers are responsible for reviewing allergen information prior to placing an order.

Basic storage and consumption advice is provided in the website FAQs.

9. Liability

The Little Parisian Kitchen cannot be held responsible for improper storage, handling or consumption of products after collection or delivery.

Liability is limited to the total amount paid for the order.

10. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, French courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
